Elvish Yadav was accused of assaulting YouTuber Sagar Thakur alias Maxtern in Gurugram, Haryana. In this case, FIR has been registered against him in Sector 53 of Gurugram. Police have registered a case against Elvish under IPC 147, 149, 323, 506. Meanwhile, recently Elvish Yadav has given his clarification through a video and has told the story behind this entire incident.

Maxtern implicated elvish?

Through the video, Elvish Yadav said that many negative things are being written about me on the internet, seeing which you have declared me guilty, but I also have the right to present my point of view. Further, while giving his clarification in the video, he said that there is a dispute going on between him and Maxtern for the last eight months. Maxtern always talks bad about him on X and even writes abusive language against me. Further, Elvish Yadav said that he wanted to talk to Maxtern on call, but she called him to meet in Gurugram. After this, when he went to meet him, Maxtern started threatening to burn his family alive. After this, Elvish said that my blood boiled after hearing about the family and then I abused him and anyone would have done the same after hearing about his family. Further, Elvish said that Maxtern started confronting him on this matter and this was all his planning to trap him. Where this incident took place, Maxtern had set up a complete setup and he himself was wearing a mike. Let us tell you that recently a YouTuber named Sagar Thakur had commented against Elvish Yadav on social media. On this comment, Elvish Yadav told the YouTuber in a threatening tone, 'You live in Delhi only'. After this both the YouTubers met in a shop in Gurugram. As soon as Elvish came here, he started beating Sagar Thakur. A video of this is also going viral on social media. It was seen in this video that Elvish had brought many people with him. As soon as Elvish entered the shop, he started slapping and punching Sagar Thakur. During this time, the people accompanying him also tried to stop him but Elvish did not stop. YouTuber Sagar Thakur made a video of the entire episode of this fight and shared it. Ever since the video surfaced, there were demands to take action against Elvish.
