DC vs CSK: Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings have entered the playoffs of the current season of the Indian Premier League. CSK has become the second team to qualify for the playoffs. The team defeated Delhi Capitals by 77 runs at their home ground. After this win, Chennai has earned 17 points from the league stage, while Delhi, captained by David Warner, has managed to score only 10 points.

This is Chennai's fourth consecutive win over Delhi.

Batting first after winning the toss, Chennai scored 223 runs for 3 wickets in 20 overs at Arun Jaitley ground. In response, Delhi batsmen could only manage 146 runs for 9 wickets in 20 overs.

Delhi captain David Warner has scored the sixth fifty of the season. This is the 61st Fifty of Warner's IPL career. Warner is the batsman with the most half-centuries in the league.

Delhi's bad start

Chasing the target of 224 runs, Delhi got off to a bad start. The team lost three wickets in scoring 34 runs in 6 overs. Prithvi Shaw 5, Phil Salt 3 and Riley Russo were dismissed for 0 runs.

Conway-Gaikwad's Fifty made Chennai 223 runs
