Delhi Politics: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's troubles have increased. Delhi High Court has rejected his petition, due to which he will now have to remain in jail. In such a situation, the latest news is that Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and MP Sanjay Singh will meet Kejriwal on Wednesday. This meeting will take place in Tihar Jail at 1 pm.

Arvind Kejriwal has got a big blow from Delhi High Court. The court has rejected his petition. Kejriwal will now have to remain in jail. The court has declared ED's arrest valid and said that ED has kept enough evidence against Kejriwal. ASG Raju said that the court has done justice.

Kejriwal will go to Supreme Court against HC decision

Kejriwal will approach the Supreme Court against the High Court's decision. According to sources, Kejriwal can approach the Supreme Court tomorrow itself. Aam Aadmi Party can file a petition in the Supreme Court tomorrow. Delhi High Court has made many strict comments while clearly refusing to grant relief from custody to Kejriwal. Delhi High Court has clearly said that no person, even if he is the CM, can be given special immunity in matters of investigation and inquiry. The High Court has given many more harsh comments giving a blow to Kejriwal.

Delhi High Court has said that this petition is not for bail but the custody is being challenged. The petitioner said that his arrest was wrong. According to ED, Kejriwal is the convenor of the party. ED alleges that the money was used for campaigning in Goa. ED has said that the petitioner is involved in this entire matter. Statements of many people including Raghav, Sharat Reddy have been recorded in this case. The High Court said that the approver's statement is not written by the ED but by the court.
