Congresss Party News: Ever since Congress leader Rahul Gandhi started the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra', BJP's central and state governments are heard making many allegations every day. Rahul's attack on BJP has become sharper than before. In this connection, Rahul Gandhi addressed a public meeting in Kalamanuri on Saturday night on the sixth day of his yatra in Maharashtra and said that the message of this foot march being led by him is that India cannot be divided and hatred will not be allowed to spread.

The Congress leader also hit out at the state and central governments for shifting big projects like Vedanta-Foxconn and Tata Airbus from Maharashtra to Gujarat. The yatra, which began on September 7 from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu, entered its 66th day on Saturday and has so far passed through 28 districts across six states. Congress's 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' took a one-day break in Maharashtra on Sunday and will leave for Washim from Kalamanuri in Hingoli district on Monday.

Jairam Ramesh tweeted the reason for stopping the journey

All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary (Communications) Jairam Ramesh said in a tweet on Saturday night, "Day 66 of Bharat Jodo Yatra is about to end in Hingoli district. The enthusiasm of the people was building up all day long. Sadly, we lost our colleague Rajiv Satav, who represented Hingoli in the Lok Sabha, to COVID-19 in June (2021) last year. He will remain in our memories. Tomorrow is the day of rest."

Yatra will enter Madhya Pradesh on November 20

The journey has covered half the total distance of 3,750 kms. It entered Maharashtra from neighboring Telangana state on the night of November 7 and passed through Nanded and Hingoli districts of the western state. The Congress's public relations initiative will cover a distance of 382 km in five districts of Maharashtra before entering Madhya Pradesh on November 20. It will pass through 12 states before ending in Jammu and Kashmir after covering a distance of 3,570 km in about 150 days.
