IPL 2024 SRH vs CSK / CSK slump to back-to-back defeats as Markram, Abhishek power SRH to 6-wicket win

IPL 2024 SRH vs CSK : Sunrisers Hyderabad has registered its second win in IPL 2024, continuing the show of its explosive batting power. Hyderabad, captained by Pat Cummins, easily defeated Chennai Super Kings by 6 wickets in its fourth match. After the strong bowling of captain Cummins, explosive innings of Abhishek Sharma and Aiden Markram gave an easy victory to Sunrisers. Whereas Chennai, which had won two consecutive matches in its home Chepauk, has faced defeat in two consecutive matches away from home.


SRH vs CSK :

Heinrich Klaasen ended the match by hitting a six in the 19th over and gave the team a strong victory by 6 wickets.

Moeen has taken another wicket and the innings of Shahbaz Ahmed (18) has come to an end.

Moeen Ali, playing his first match this season, gave out LBW to Aiden Markram (50). SRH's third wicket fell.

Aiden Markram has completed his first half-century of this season in 35 balls.

Hyderabad has lost the wicket of opener Travis Head (31) in the 10th over.

SRH has crossed the 100-run mark in just 9 overs.

SRH achieved almost half the target in the powerplay itself. SRH scored 68 runs losing 1 wicket in 6 overs.

SRH has completed 50 runs in the fourth over only.

Abhishek Sharma gave an explosive start to SRH, scoring 37 runs in just 12 balls. He was dismissed by Deepak Chahar in the third over.

Chennai's innings ended at 165 runs in 20 overs. In the last over, Natarajan spent only 7 runs and took 1 wicket.

Natarajan took the wicket of Darryl Mitchell (13) in the last over.

Jaydev Unadkat ended the innings of Ajinkya Rahane (35). This is the fourth wicket of Chennai.

Captain Cummins has brought great success to Sunrisers. He took the wicket of Shivam Dubey (45).

In the 12th over, Shivam Dubey hit two consecutive sixes on Natarajan and took the team beyond 100 runs.

Shivam Dubey rained boundaries as soon as he came to the crease and gave momentum to the team's score.

Chennai has suffered a second blow and team captain Ruturaj (26) is out.

Rahane and Gaikwad increased the pace of runs and thus Chennai scored 48 runs in the powerplay.

Chennai Super Kings had a fast start by adding 25 runs in 3 overs but in the fourth over, Bhuvneshwar Kumar took the wicket of Rachin Ravindra (12).

Chennai Super Kings won the first two matches but had to face defeat from Delhi in the third match.
