India / Decree to stop salary of government employees for not installing Corona Vaccine, stirred up

Firozabad: Various measures are being taken to promote Kovid-19 vaccination. In Firozabad district, the administration has ordered to stop the salary for the month of May of government employees who do not get vaccinated. This order has stirred the employees.

Action on not getting the vaccine

Chief Development Officer Chichit Gaur said on Wednesday that District Magistrate Chandra Vijay Singh has given a verbal order of 'no vaccination, no salary' in the past.

He said that if the employees in any department did not get their vaccination done, then the department head has been ordered to take action against him and not to pay the salary of May till he is not vaccinated.

Vaccination for fear of withholding salary

Gaur said that all the heads of departments, including the district treasurer, have been directed to implement this and they have been asked to make a list and ensure vaccination.

After this verbal decree of the District Magistrate, there has been a stir among the government employees and they are trying to get the vaccination done due to the fear of stopping the salary.
