He requested Fadnavis to join the new government and take over as the deputy CM. After this, Nadda said that it is also the direction of the central leadership that Devendra Fadnavis should take oath as the Deputy CM.

Shinde said – BJP has shown a big heart

In the press conference, Eknath Shinde said- We have come together with Balasaheb's agenda of Hindutva and development of the state. We were not able to do anything even when we were in the previous government. No one has any interest in this. Despite being a big party, BJP gave me a chance. Devendra ji showed a big heart. Thanks to Devendra ji for this. I am thankful to PM Narendra Modi ji, Home Minister Amit Shahji, BJP President JP Nadda.

Will not even let the MLAs get scratched

Devendra ji will not be in the cabinet, but will continue to guide us. On one side there are big leaders, on the other hand a worker like Eknath Shinde is being given a chance. We will get to see a strong government. This government will be an example in the country. I also thank my colleagues. I am a small worker, but the faith that 50 MLAs have shown in me. I will not let a single scratch on that trust. The central government will help Maharashtra. This will lead to the development of the state.

Fadnavis said - changed the course for power

At the Raj Bhavan, Fadnavis told the media that the people had not given majority to the Maha Vikas Aghadi. The BJP was the single largest party after the elections. Shiv Sena fought elections with us, but Shiv Sena formed the government with the support of Congress and NCP. Balasaheb Thackeray's ideas for power were also put on hold.

Minister associated with Dawood was not removed from the post

Fadnavis said that for the first time in the history of Maharashtra, two ministers of the government are in jail. Balasaheb always opposed Daud, but a minister in the Uddhav government is associated with Daud. Even after going to jail, he was not removed from the post of minister. This is an insult to Balasaheb.
