Elvish said, "I was accused by Maneka Gandhi ji and she called me the head of snake supplier. I will file a defamation case against her. I will not leave her. Now I have become active in all these things. Earlier I thought not to waste my time, but now my image is getting affected.

"Please don't judge me on this basis."

Elvish should be arrested: Maneka

Let us tell you that while giving a statement, Maneka Gandhi had said that Elvish Yadav should be arrested because he is the leader of snake smugglers. Maneka Gandhi's Organization People for Animals (PFA) had filed a complaint against Elvish Yadav, accusing him of smuggling snakes and organizing rave parties. After this, Noida Police busted a rave party and arrested five people, who took the name of Elvish Yadav during interrogation.

Snake venom will be tested in Lucknow lab

Noida Police had registered an FIR against Elvish Yadav on November 3. During the raid, the police recovered snake venom, five cobras, one python, two double-headed snakes and one horse-tailed snake. The snake venom recovered by Noida Police will be tested in Lucknow lab. The involvement of Elvish Yadav in the case is being investigated.
