In this case, the police had caught 5 snake charmers with snakes whose poison was used in rave parties. Acting on the complaint, the police caught 5 snake charmers from the spot along with snakes whose venom was to be used in the rape party. After this, the name of Elvish Yadav was also registered with the police in which a call recording was presented as evidence.
