The survey claimed that nearly 60 per cent of the companies are looking for talented staff in new positions. That is, people who have the ability and qualification as well as the necessary expertise in terms of any one sector, then they will not have much difficulty in finding a job.

Another interesting thing has come out in this survey that despite the lockdown in place in April and May, the path of recruitment has not been closed. According to the report, companies may give priority to virtual hiring for recruitment in future.

About 81 percent of the companies said that they have adopted a virtual platform to hire staff during the pandemic. Along with this, information about the work has also come out in the survey of manpower. According to this, the pace of recruitment in jobs will remain stable in the July-September quarter.

The maximum job opportunities will emerge in the transport, utility and services sectors. There will be an 8 percent increase in job opportunities in medium-sized companies. Whereas in large companies, the hiring activity will increase by about 6 per cent.

54 percent of the companies surveyed believe that they are trustworthy about increasing the recruitment in June. However, now a new change will also be seen that employees will have to be ready to work from home, office and far flung locations.
