UP / Explosion in Saharanpur firecracker factory four including two cousins killed many missing

Saharanpur was shaken by the fire and explosion in the firecracker factory in Saharanpur, UP on Saturday evening. Four people, including a minor, died on the spot in the accident, while many workers in the factory are still missing. Two cousins ​​were also among the dead. The whole building was destroyed by the terrible explosion. Also, the debris fell for a long distance. Fire brigade vehicle and police-administration officers have reached the spot and are involved in relief work.

The accident happened in the forest of village Sorona Balbantpur near Sarsawa on Ambala road. There was a firecracker factory running under the name Kiran Fire Works. The owner of the factory, Joni is a resident of Salempur village of Sarsawa area. At around 6 pm on Saturday evening, many people from nearby villages were working in the factory, when suddenly there was an explosion in the factory. People of around four-five villages were in panic due to the intense explosion. There was an atmosphere of chaos in the area. However, the reason behind the explosion in the factory is not yet known. Karthik Saini (17) son Yogendra Saini and his cousin Sagar (22) son Rajesh resident of Balwantpur along with two unidentified people died in the blast.

SSP Akash Tomar said, four people have died due to explosion in the firecracker factory in the forest of Sorona. Fire brigade vehicles are engaged to douse the fire. How the fire started is not yet known. Legal action will be taken against the culprits in the matter.
