India / Fadnavis-Shinde pair will bring development back in Maharashtra: Scindia

New Delhi : Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has justified his move by congratulating Eknath Shinde on becoming the CM of Maharashtra. Scindia has termed the Congress-NCP and Shiv Sena alliance as unholy.

According to news agency ANI, Scindia said, "For the last 2.5 years the development of Maharashtra was hindered by an unholy alliance (Maha Vikas Aghadi). Being a Maratha, Eknath Shinde has taken the right decision in favor of one ideology. I am sure 'Fadnavis-Shinde Jodi' will bring development back in Maharashtra.

Let us tell you that Scindia had also helped the BJP in forming the government in Madhya Pradesh by toppling the Congress government in large numbers. Although he himself did not become a part of the state cabinet, he was given to handle a larger ministry at the Centre.
