Pakistan Election: A new political organization of Mumbai 26/11 terror attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed has fielded its candidates for most of the national and provincial assembly constituencies for the general elections to be held on February 08 in Pakistan. Saeed, the founder of terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), has been in jail since 2019 along with some other leaders associated with the banned Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) after being convicted in terror financing cases. Saeed has formed a separate political party named Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML). The election symbol of PMML is 'Chair'.

Hafiz's son will contest from NA-127 seat of Lahore

PMML president Khalid Masood Sindhu said in a video message that his party is contesting most of the national and provincial assembly seats. Khalid Masood Sindhu said, "We want to come to power not for corruption but to serve the people and make Pakistan an Islamic welfare state." Let us tell you that Sindhu is a candidate from NA-130 Lahore, from where Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz supremo and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is also contesting the elections. Along with this, terrorist Hafiz Saeed's son Talha Saeed is contesting from NA-127 seat of Lahore.

PMML has no relation with Hafiz Saeed

When Sindhu was contacted, she denied that her party had any connection with Saeed's organization. Sindhu claimed on Monday that "PMML has no connection with Hafiz Saeed." In the year 2018, Milli Muslim League (MML) was the political face of Jamaat-ud-Dawa. It had fielded candidates on most of the seats, especially in Punjab province, but was not successful in winning even a single seat. PMML has been formed for the 2024 elections due to the ban on MML.

There is a reward of one crore dollars on Hafiz Saeed

Let us tell you that Hafiz Saeed is a terrorist declared by the United Nations. America has placed a reward of 10 million dollars on Hafiz Saeed. Saeed-led Jamaat-ud-Dawa, a front organization of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), is responsible for the 26 November 2008 terrorist attack in Mumbai. 166 people, including six American citizens, were killed in this attack.
