Governor got emotional by mentioning KasmiriPandit / 'He did not leave everything like this, women were oppressed'

The 87th Convocation of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra was held in Khandari campus on Tuesday. Governor Anandiben Patel presided over the function as Chancellor. Swami Chidanand Saraswati of Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Uttarakhand attended as the chief guest. Addressing the convocation, the Governor referred to the atrocities on Kashmiri Pandits.
