Introducing the trust motion, Chief Minister Soren said, "The opposition has destroyed democracy. BJP talks about buying MLAs. Today we will show our strength in the House."

And what did Hemant Soren say?

CM Hemant Soren said that he has called this session to save democracy. He taunted that people buy goods but BJP buys MLAs. Soren accused the BJP of destabilizing his government.

Neelkanth Munda retaliated on behalf of BJP. Munda said that the people of Jharkhand feel that the government is afraid. He said that none of the opposition, judiciary or the governor has sought a trust vote, then why there is this fear? Munda said that this confidence motion shows that the government does not have faith in its MLAs.

MLAs raised the issue of Ankita's murder

After the CM's speech on the confidence motion, when the speaker asked the opposition to debate, some MLAs protested in the house. The issue of demolition of Mahadalit's house of Palamu and Ankita murder case of Dumka was raised in the House.

Let us inform that CM Hemant Soren is surrounded by allegations of office of profit these days. He is alleged to have allotted a stone mining lease in his name. The Election Commission has found him guilty of the charge and recommended Governor Ramesh Bais to cancel his membership as an MLA.
