Maharashtra Road Accident / Horrific road accident in Maharashtra private luxury bus collided with truck, 10 killed so far

Maharashtra Road Accident: A horrific road accident took place near Pathare on Sinnar Shirdi Road in Nashik district of Maharashtra. It is being told that a private luxury bus and a truck collided head-on. This bus accident happened near Ishaneshwar temple. According to the police, so far 10 people have died in the accident and 40 others were injured. According to Nashik SP, a total of 10 people have died, including 6 women, 2 men and 2 children. Police said that while more than 15 people are seriously injured.

According to the information received, all the passengers in the bus were going to Shirdi to visit Sai Baba. The dead include 7 women and 3 men. The injured have been admitted to the nearby Saibaba Hospital, the condition of some of them is said to be serious.

As soon as the information about the accident was received, police and administration officials reached the spot and sent the dead bodies for postmortem. According to the information received from the police, the passengers in the bus were residents of Ambernath in Mumbai and were going to Shirdi to visit Sai Baba. The accident happened near Pather village which falls on the Sinnar-Shirdi highway. According to the people present on the spot, the collision was so strong that both the bus and the truck were badly damaged. The reasons for the accident are yet to be ascertained.
