The latest case is of Rakha Bazar of Kadhai police station where a smuggler with a truck illegal liquor has been arrested in a joint raid by Pratapgarh Police and Excise Department this morning. According to the information, the value of the seized illicit liquor is being said to be Rs 1 crore. Whereas a total of 972 boxes of illegal English liquor have been taken over by the police from the truck. With this, the police is interrogating the truck driver Bharat Singh.
According to Pratapgarh police, the truck driver Bharat Singh is a resident of Ambala in Haryana. According to the arrested driver, this illegal liquor was being taken from Chandigarh to Bihar, but on the information of the informer, the police caught the Excise Department and the police team.
