Complaint of irregularities in the new excise policySignificantly, a CBI inquiry was recommended after Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena received a complaint about irregularities in the new excise policy of the Kejriwal government. Following the complaint, the CBI raided Manish Sisodia's house. Sisodia is accused of violating the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22, benefiting liquor traders and causing loss of billions to the exchequer.
