Taking a trip down the memory lane, the ‘Dilwale’ actor shared a throwback picture from the film ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’.
Kajol was seen portraying the role of Savitribai Malusare. In the picture, Kajol is seen donning a purple saree with an orange border. She is also seen wearing a Marathi-style beaded nose pin, and similar beaded jewellery to complete her look. It is directed by Om Raut, produced by Ajay Devgn, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar.The film is set in the 17th century and based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, who was the military leader of king Shivaji, founder of the Maratha Empire. The film was theatrically released in 3D on 10 January 2020.
