During the press conference, Sandeep Pathak, in response to a question, said that he will do whatever is legally possible. Even after his arrest on March 21, Arvind Kejriwal remains the Chief Minister of Delhi. Three petitions have been filed in the Delhi High Court to remove Kejriwal from the post of Chief Minister, but the court made it clear that it cannot interfere in this matter. The President and the Governor of Delhi will have to take a decision in this matter.

Sandeep Pathak also told that Arvind Kejriwal has instructed his MLAs to go door-to-door to meet people and solve their problems. He said that in his absence the MLAs will have to work twice as hard.
