Makers of his much-awaited Tamil film, ‘Jagame Thanthiram’, released the first single, Rakita Rakita. The peppy number, composed by Santhosh Narayanan, has vocals lent by Dhanush, Dhee and Santhosh himself.Post the success of ‘Pattas’, Dhanush's fans are eagerly waiting for the release of the film, directed by Karthik Subbaraj.

Wish you a very Happy Birthday @dhanushkraja #JagameThandhiram #HappyBirthdayDhanush," tweeted director Karthik Subbaraj.Fans have given thumbs up to the number, with some calling it a "super song" and others listening to it on "loop mode".The film's supporting cast includes Kalaiyarasan, Soundararaja, Deepak Paramesh, Devan, Vadivukkarasi, Chinni Jayanth and Ashwanth Ashokkumar.‘Jagame Thandhiram’, produced by Y NOT Studios, was slated to release on May 1. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the film has been postponed indefinitely. The makers announced that the film will release when theatres across the country reopen.
