Zoya Naseer worked as a junior partner in a beauty salon named Sabs and became a full time beautician. Later, Zoya, who made her name in the beauty world, was associated with acting and today she is ruling the industry. In addition, Zoya is also running beauty salons in Miami, New York and Lahore.

Zoya Naseer is the daughter of Naseer Adeeb, a Pakistani scriptwriter. Naseer is best known for creating the Maula Jatt Universe. Despite his father being associated with the industry, he was not allowed to act. Not only this, the family members of Zoya Naseer had married her only at the age of 19.

Regarding this, Zoya says, 'I did not want to go into more details. But I must say that I was only 19 years old. He was 8 years older than me. I was very young. I didn't know how to stand up for myself and treat others like a daughter-in-law. I was not a partner in that marriage. Rather there was a girl child, who was given responsibilities.

She further said, 'My world was so small at that time that I used to do whatever anyone told me. Apologizes for mistakes that I would not have done. I became what people wanted me to be. When I got divorced, my family understood that whatever happened to me was not right. Zoya Naseer requested her fans not to marry young and teen girls. Let them see the world. Zoya says that she is very happy to play the lead role in this serial that came in 2019. But she would not recommend any newcomer to play the lead first. Zoya Naseer says that now she feels the decision to play her lead is wrong. She has met other actors who know about other things apart from acting. In such a situation, she wants to tell the new actors that first learn by doing small roles, learn from your seniors and then do lead roles.

Zoya Naseer says about this, 'I had gone to the US for some work. When I came back from there, I was tanning. I used to work in a serial then. The makers of that show gave me such a bad reaction. He said that he would give me skin whitening injections at his own expense but would not tolerate the dark and ugly complexion of my skin. It was absurd. I refused it immediately.'

Giving another incident, Zoya said that she had to look ugly for a web series. Then the makers asked him to apply black foundation. According to Zoya, she had left the show. Because she did not want to do this and the makers were not ready to budge from their point of view. Zoya also says that she doesn't mind being criticized for her looks.
