Cricket Desk: Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Suresh Raina left their fans shocked as they announced their retirement from international cricket on Saturday. Mahendra Singh Dhoni took to Instagram and posted a montage of his cricket journey and announced his retirement. Soon after, Suresh Raina also announced that he was retiring from international cricket.

To celebrate the two iconic cricketers, renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created a stunning artwork on Puri beach, Odisha. He made mesmerising sculptures of Dhoni and Raina with sand. His artwork also featured a bat, ball and a playing ground. "Will miss your amazing shots," Pattnaik added these words to the sand art.

"Incredible Dhoni, Amazing Raina," he wrote under their respective sand portraits.

"We will miss your amazing shots.....My SandArt at Puri beach in Odisha . #IncredibleDhoni #AmazingRaina (sic)," he wrote as he shared the image of the sand art.

Netizens loved this beautiful tribute and took to the comments section to shower praises. The Twitter handle of International Cricket Council (ICC) also shared the sand art tribute. "There's no limit to the creativity of some of the tributes to MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina (sic)," they wrote in the caption.
