CM Arvind Kejriwal: All the welfare schemes of Delhi government will continue. Following the order of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Planning Secretary Niharika Rai has issued an order in this regard. The Planning Secretary issued a note saying, "Some people are spreading rumors about the welfare schemes and subsidies given by the Delhi government. I make it completely clear that all the welfare schemes of the government will remain in force." The Delhi government also urged people not to fall prey to malicious information and asked them to stay away from "rumour-mongers".

Order issued on functioning of mohalla clinics

Let us tell you that CM Arvind Kejriwal had issued his first order from ED custody on Sunday. Amidst the ongoing controversy regarding this, CM Kejriwal issued another new order. CM has issued a new order to the Health Department for the smooth functioning of the major mohalla clinics of the Aam Aadmi Party. AAP sources confirmed that the directive pertains to the health department and has been sent by the Chief Minister to Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj. Saurabh Bhardwaj handles the health department.

'CM worried about hospitals and mohalla clinics'

Addressing the press conference on the instructions of CM Kejriwal, Health Minister Bhardwaj said, "The CM is concerned about the availability of medicines and free testing in many hospitals and mohalla clinics." Bhardwaj said that CM Kejriwal wants that No one should face trouble, even if they are in ED custody. “He ordered me to take immediate and necessary action to ensure that both medicines and tests are free and available in hospitals and mohalla clinics,” he said.

Kejriwal had given these instructions to Atishi

Earlier on Sunday, CM Kejriwal had issued the first order while in ED custody. In this order, the CM had directed Water Minister Atishi to solve the problems of water and sewage in Delhi. Meanwhile, on the issue of authenticity of the instructions issued by CM Kejriwal from ED custody, legal experts said, "The court has not given any permission to the CM to issue orders." Supreme Court lawyer Vineet Jindal said, ''Aam Aadmi Party is issuing this order in the name of Arvind Kejriwal. Due to ED's remand, the court has not allowed the CM to issue any order. He said, "These orders are not being issued for any work but for political gain, which is legally wrong." He alleged, "Arvind Kejriwal is exaggerating his problems so that when action is taken, he can blame BJP."

BJP demanded investigation and action

On the other hand, BJP National Secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa has called the order issued by Delhi CM Kejriwal from ED custody illegal and unconstitutional and demanded investigation and action.

ED arrested on March 21

CM Kejriwal was arrested by ED on March 21, the court has sent him to ED custody till March 28. He is accused of being directly involved in a conspiracy related to liquor policy.
