Delhi News: A major accident took place at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on Saturday i.e. today. Here a pandal collapsed, in which many people got buried. Fire brigade vehicles have reached the spot. A police team is also present at the spot. This pandal is built at the entry point of Gate No. 2 of the stadium. Eight people are reported to have been injured so far in this accident. On this accident, DCP has said that the people buried in the pandal are being taken out. Construction work was going on in the lawn near Gate No. 2 of Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, when a part of the lawn collapsed. Eight people injured in the accident have been taken to the hospital. There is no news of anyone dying in this accident.An event was to be organized inside the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. In this connection, a big pandal was set up at gate number two. Around 11 o'clock suddenly the entire pandal came down and the people who were under the pandal were buried. This was immediately informed to the police and fire department. Police and fire brigade teams reached the spot and started relief and rescue work on the spot.According to the information, about 8 people have been injured in the accident and have been admitted to AIIMS. Meanwhile, the search operation is going on at the spot. The injured are being evacuated from the pandal. According to the latest information, more than 20 ambulances are present at the spot.
