Bollywood | Model and actress Poonam Pandey's husband Sam Bombay has been arrested by the Mumbai Police. Poonam has accused her husband of assault, after which the police arrested Sam on Monday evening. Police said that Poonam was admitted to the hospital after registering a complaint. Further investigation is being done in this matter.

Poonam suffered injuries on her face

According to news agency ANI, Mumbai Police said that 'Sam Bombay has been registered under sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The actress has suffered serious injuries on her head, eyes and face. Not much is known about the altercation between Poonam and Sam. At present the police is investigating the matter.

Was accused of assault earlier also

This is not the first time that Poonam Pandey has accused Sam Bombay of assault. Poonam and Sam got married in September 2020. A few days after the marriage, Poonam accused Sam of physical harassment, threats and assault. She had filed a complaint in Goa and said that Sam allegedly assaulted and threatened her. According to the report, Poonam was shooting in Goa at that time. He was arrested by the police following the complaint but he reportedly got bail the very next day. At that time Poonam had said that she wants to end this marriage.

Married after living in live

Significantly, Poonam and Sam married on 10 September 2020. Both had informed the fans about this marriage by sharing photos on social media. Before marriage, Sam and Poonam were in live-in relationship for a long time.
