News agency ANI quoted sources as saying that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will travel from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in the next one year, most of it will be a 'padayatra'. Through this, Congress will try to connect the people of the country with itself.

ANI has given another information quoting sources that the leaders of G23 (leaders in favor of change of leadership in Congress) have demanded the formation of Congress Party Parliament Board. Congress President Sonia Gandhi held a meeting with party general secretaries, state in-charges, state unit presidents, legislature party leaders and many other senior leaders on the second day of 'Nav Sankalp Shivir' i.e. on May 14. Sources say that the above topics were discussed in this meeting itself and everyone agreed to this plan.

In this meeting chaired by Sonia Gandhi, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi, General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Organization General Secretary KC Venugopal, senior leaders Digvijay Singh, P Chidambaram, Bhupendra Singh Hooda, Kamal Nath, Youth Congress President BV Srinivas, Gaurav Gogoi, Ashok Many other big leaders including Gehlot were present. At the same time, on Friday, the first day of the Chintan Shivir, Sonia Gandhi had advocated for a radical change in the Congress, saying that extraordinary situations are dealt with in an extraordinary way.
