IPL 2024: The next season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is starting from March 22. In this, everyone is waiting for the return of Rishabh Pant. Delhi Capitals director Sourav Ganguly had said a few days ago that Pant would get the fitness certificate from NCA on March 5, but according to reports, this is not so. NCA has not given him certificate.

Rishabh Pant had a car accident on 30 December 2022 in which he was badly injured. In this he suffered a ligament injury. He had to undergo surgery for this and due to this he stayed away from cricket for a long time. He was expected to return in IPL 2024 but there seems to be a crisis on this.

Pant had to clear the fitness test to play in IPL but the news is that he could not get the clearance. Pant's franchise team Delhi Capitals had asked for his fitness report but they have not received any response from BCCI and team management. For this reason, trouble seems to be looming over Pant playing IPL. According to the report of Dainik Bhaskar, when they asked Delhi Capitals about this, they did not deny the news but said that the franchise has no information about this.

Not in Delhi team

According to reports, due to lack of fitness clearance, Pant has not been included in the team by his franchise. If Pant does not play then it can be a big blow for the Delhi team.
