In the 24th match of IPL 2022, Gujarat Titans defeated Rajasthan Royals by 37 runs. RR had a target of 193 to win the match, but the team could only score 155 runs for the loss of 9 wickets and lost the match. Jos Buttler scored 54 runs. Lockie Ferguson and Yash Dayal took 3 wickets each for Gujarat.


This was Gujarat's fourth win in 5 matches. With this win, GT has reached the first position with 8 points. At the same time, this is the second defeat of Royals in 5 matches.


Earlier, Gujarat had scored 192 runs for 4 wickets in 20 overs. Captain Hardik Pandya played an unbeaten 87 and was the top scorer. Riyan Parag, Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Sen took 1-1 wickets for RR.


Hetmyer fell victim to Shami
