Lucknow: The dates of Uttar Pradesh Panchayat elections have been announced. In such a situation, the administration has also started preparing for it. Meanwhile, big news related to elections is coming out. In fact, in view of panchayat elections and growing Kovid infection, Section 144 has been imposed in the state. Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Awasthi has issued instructions to all the District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police. Under which, now instructions have been given not to participate more than 5 persons in the campaign to be held in the panchayat elections.

Action will be taken for violation

From April 5, section 144 has come into effect, which will remain in force till further orders. In any village, no more than 5 persons should be gathered in one place for public publicity programs and public meetings to be held for the promotion of three-tier panchayat elections. If any person or organization violates it, legal action will be taken against him.

There will be no more than 100 people involved in any event.

On Monday, the Uttar Pradesh government has issued a new order regarding Corona. According to which, now no more than 100 people can gather in any event. Also, orders have been given to strictly follow the rules of Corona.

When is the election?

Let us know that elections will be held in 4 stages. These elections will be held on 15 April, 19 April, 26 April and 29 April. Elections will be held in 18 districts in the first phase, 20 districts in the second phase, in the third phase and 20 in 17 districts in the fourth phase.
