Saha had made serious allegations against journalist Boria Majumdar, after which there was a lot of ruckus.

Saha had said that Boria Majumdar had threatened him. On the other hand, Majumdar has said that Saha edited the chat of their seven conversations and shared it on social media.

After Saha was not selected in the Indian team for the Test series against Sri Lanka, a journalist had sent him a message asking for an interview. Responding to Saha, the journalist wrote, "Do an interview with me, that would be great. If you want to be democratic, I will not pressurize you. He picks one wicketkeeper, which is the best. When he did not get a reply, the journalist called him on WhatsApp, but Saha did not receive the call. After this the journalist wrote, "You didn't talk to me, I will never interview you again. I don't accept humiliation easily and I will remember it. You shouldn't have done that." Sharing the screenshots of the entire conversation on his Twitter account, Saha informed everyone about the incident.

BCCI formed inquiry committee

Saha got the support of many veterans on this matter and the BCCI formed a three-member committee to investigate the matter. The committee included Vice President Rajiv Shukla, Treasurer Arun Dhumal and Prabhtej Bhatia. When the inquiry committee talked to Saha, it came to know that the accused journalist is Boria Majumdar. The inquiry committee has already filed its report. Now it will be reviewed. BCCI wants to put an end to this matter.

These points will be discussed

Apart from Saha, during this meeting, the grounds will be decided for the knock out matches of Ranji Trophy, which will be held after the IPL is over. Apart from this, there may be an increase in the fees paid for hosting the matches. This increase will be for tournaments lasting several days.
