IND vs WI: Team India's experiment in the second ODI overshadowed that. The team had to face a 6-wicket defeat against the West Indies. With this defeat of India, the ODI series of 3 matches has come to an exciting turn. Now the score is equal to 1-1. India is in danger of losing the series to the West Indies after 2006. That means now India will have to win the match to be held on August 1 at the Brian Lara Academy in Taruba. In the second ODI on Saturday, the Indian team landed without regular captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. In such a situation, the responsibility of captaincy was handed over to Hardik Pandya, but he proved to be a failure on all the three fronts of strategy, batting and bowling.

Batting after losing the toss at the Kennington Oval ground in Barbados, Team India's batting looked helpless without Rohit-Kohli. Shubman Gill and Ishaan Kishan gave the team a strong start, but the team's middle and lower middle order flopped badly.

Alam was that Team India, which lost the first wicket for 91 runs, was all out for 181 in 40.5 overs. Fast bowler Shardul Thakur, who came out to defend the score of 181, gave hope to the disappointed Indian fans by dismissing the top-3 batsmen, but captain Shai Hope shattered those hopes by sharing a half-century partnership with KC Carty and the Caribbean team got 36.4 overs. Gave me a 6 wicket victory.

3 reasons to lose

First: After winning the first ODI by 5 wickets, which was a strategic failure, the Indian team management appeared to be in an experimental mood. He changed the captain in the second ODI itself. Regular captain Rohit Sharma and veteran batsman Virat Kohli were also rested. In such a situation, Hardik Pandya was seen captaining in place of Rohit. After losing the toss, the batting lineup of the team that came out to bat first was also strange. All-rounder Akshar Patel was fielded to bat at number four, while captain Pandya himself came at number five and sent Suryakumar to number six. Despite being an express pacer in the team, Pandya started with the new ball, while Umran Malik was bowled only 3 overs. Spinners were also used much later.

Second: Batting remained ineffective without Rohit-Kohli Team India's batting remained ineffective without captain Rohit Sharma and experienced batsman Virat Kohli. After a good start by the openers, the middle order batsmen failed to score big. Sanju Samson 9, Akshar Patel 1 and Captain Pandya were dismissed after scoring 7 runs. Jadeja could also score only 10 runs in the lower middle order. Usually after the dismissal of the openers, Kohli comes and takes care of one end and stays on in any condition.

Third: The unbroken partnership of Hope-Kurti, Shardul Thakur raised some rays of hope for the Indian team, who came to defend a simple score of 181 runs. He sent three batsmen of the West Indies team to the pavilion for 72 runs. Then on the score of 91, Kuldeep gave the fourth blow to the Windies. From here, a partnership was formed between captain Shai Hope and KC Curti, which the Indian bowlers failed to break. Hope and Curti shared a 91-run partnership on 118 balls.
