IND vs SL / Team India reached Lucknow for the first T20 against Sri Lanka fans shared photos

IND vs SL | The three match T20 series between India and Sri Lanka is going to start from 24 February. The first match is to be played at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. Team India has reached Lucknow for this match. Fans have posted some pictures and videos of the players reaching Lucknow on Twitter.

The remaining two matches of the series are to be played on February 26 and 27 at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala. After the three-match T20 series, both the teams will also play a two-match Test series, which will be part of the World Test Championship.

The first match of the Test series will be played in Mohali from March 4, while the second Test will be played in Bangalore from March 12. India has announced both T20 and Test teams. Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant and Shardul Thakur have been rested for the T20I series. At the same time, Rohit Sharma has also been made the captain of the Test team after T20 and ODI. Jasprit Bumrah will be the vice-captain of both the teams.

While experienced players like Ravindra Jadeja and Jasprit Bumrah have returned in the T20 team, legends like Ajinkya Rahane, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ishant Sharma and Wriddhiman Saha have been shown the way out from the Test team.
