This luxury property has been purchased from developer Supreme Ventures LLP and has many special features.

This duplex penthouse of Kriti Sanon is located on the 14th and 15th floors. Its total RERA carpet area is 5,387 sq ft, which includes an open balcony of 1,250 sq ft and a terrace of 1,209 sq ft. Apart from this, six parking spaces are also available in this property. This house is part of an under-construction building being built by Supreme Universal.

The official registration of the house took place on Thursday, with a stamp duty of Rs 3.91 crore being paid. According to Zapkey, this property is one of the most expensive real estate deals in Mumbai in the year 2025. The special thing is that under the rules of the Maharashtra government, women buyers get a 1% discount in stamp duty. Due to this benefit, Kriti had to pay 4% stamp duty instead of the usual 5%, which saved her money.
