District Deputy Commissioner of Police Parvinder Singh said that the arrested accused have been identified as Pawan and Nikhil, residents of N Block Mangolpuri. Pawan works in a factory making slippers. At the same time, Nikhil works in Maruti's showroom located in Samaypur Badli. On Saturday night at 1.15 pm, the police got information about a youth being stabbed from Sanjay Gandhi Hospital. The youth was not in a position to give a statement. The police questioned his friends Sagar and Vijay, who took the youth to the hospital. The injured youth was identified as Sanjay, a resident of Udyog Nagar. Meanwhile, Sanjay died during treatment.

Police registered a case of murder and started investigation under the leadership of Inspector Sunil Kumar. Sagar told the police that Pawan and Nikhil had come to the slum by bike at ten o'clock in the night. Pawan called Sanjay from Vijay's mobile. After sometime there was an altercation between Sanjay and Pawan and Pawan stabbed Sanjay in the stomach and escaped. Police raided their hideouts to nab the accused and arrested both the accused from Mangolpuri on Sunday.

Pawan revealed during interrogation that last year Sanjay had gone to Haridwar with his friends. where he had bought a knife. He liked that knife. He used to ask Sanjay to give the knife. But Sanjay categorically refused to give the knife. On the night of the incident, Pawan planned to take a knife from Sanjay by threatening him in front of friends. So he called her on the pretext of drinking alcohol. They got into a fight after drinking alcohol and Pawan stabs her and runs away.

In Ashok Vihar area, a young man adopted a woman living in a consensual relationship with a knife after pressurizing her for marriage. After committing the incident, the accused fled away. The injured woman somehow reached near a passerby and informed the police about the incident. On receiving the information, Keshavpuram and Ashok Vihar police station reached the spot. Ashok Vihar police station admitted the woman to a nearby hospital, from where she was referred to Safdarjung Hospital. The condition of the woman remains critical. Police registered a case of attempt to murder and arrested the accused from the area on Sunday.

According to police officials, at 9 pm on Saturday night, the police received information about a woman being stabbed near the railway line in Wazirpur industrial area. The police reached the spot and found a woman, whose knife was stabbed in her stomach. The youth who gave information told that he was sitting here. During this, the woman came to him and told that a young man living in a consensual relationship with her had stabbed him and injured him. The police took the woman to a nearby hospital. From where he was referred to Safdarjung Hospital.

After investigation, the police told that the woman is originally from Darbhanga Bihar. He has four daughters. She lived in a consensual relationship with one of her daughters, 19-year-old Jayaprakash, a resident of Supaul, Bihar. While her three daughters live with her husband. Police started raids in search of Jaiprakash. On Sunday, the police arrested him from the area. The accused told that the woman was pressurizing him to get married. On the pretext of bringing medicine, he brought her. First tried to strangle her. When she resisted, he stabbed the woman in the stomach.
