According to Ushakov, this conference proved to be one of the "most unsuccessful" foreign visits for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Israel surprised the world by attacking Iran's Arak heavy water reactor on Thursday. The plant has been damaged, although Iranian state TV claims that there was no radiation leak. One missile fell on a hospital in Beersheba, while Iran has also claimed to have blown up the Israeli Stock Exchange.
