The woman was sleeping with the children on the cot outside the house. A woman and four children were injured in the accident. The relatives have admitted the injured to the hospital. At the same time, after the accident, the driver fled leaving the tractor-trolley. Police is looking for him.

According to the information, Maya Devi, a resident of village Mehrampur, was sleeping with her grandsons Kunal (8 years), Harsh (5 years), Nandani (10 years) and Dolly (4 years) outside the house on a cot. Maya Devi told that there was no electricity in the night due to strong storm on Sunday. Due to the heat, she was sleeping outside the house with the children. That's when this incident happened. SHO Rajeev Kumar said that action would be taken on receiving the complaint.


There was lightning due to the storm

The storm had hit the district on Sunday evening with a speed of about 93 kmph. Power was out in many areas due to the storm. There was no electricity in village Mehrampur. Due to the heat, Maya Devi slept with her grandsons and granddaughters by putting cots outside the house. The accident happened in the early hours of Monday. There was an outcry as soon as the accident happened. Villagers rushed to the spot. The injured were rushed to the hospital.


The storm caused havoc, the death of the child

A four-year-old boy was killed when the visor of a petrol pump collapsed during a storm in Agra. A bike rider was injured after an electric pole fell in Fatehabad. A young man was injured after falling tinshed in Kirawali. A young man has been injured due to falling of a tree branch in the housing development. From 5 pm to 9 pm, darkness is spreading from the city to the countryside. The electricity and revenue department is assessing the damage caused by the storm.
