Twitter India: Twitter Inc has closed two of its three Indian offices and asked its employees to work from home. However, no statement has been issued by the company regarding this yet. Twitter laid off more than 90% of its approximately 200-plus employees in India late last year. Now it has closed the New Delhi and Mumbai offices. The company continues to operate an office in the southern tech hub of Bengaluru, which houses mostly engineers. The company has started subscription service in India

A few days back Twitter finally launched its premium subscription service Twitter Blue in India. The company has introduced the new subscription at a price of Rs 650 per month for those who access it through the Twitter website. Users subscribing through the Android or iOS app will have to pay a monthly fee of Rs 900. The company is offering a discounted price for taking an annual subscription on the website.
