Harman Kaur told this in a conversation with the website Pinkvilla. Harman said on Vijay's look, 'I was really looking forward to the Liger promotions. There were many brands and designers who were constantly approaching Vijay's looks. I was chill until Vijay's call came one day. He said let's keep the look like the character and keep the look simple.

Vijay wanted a raw look

Harman further said, 'He specifically asked me about the basic chappal and initially I was a bit hesitant but I always believed in Vijay's dressing idea because I know he finishes it in a way that is talked about in the country. ' Vijay also took trial for this. At first he wore jeans with a basic t-shirt but wanted Vijay and a raw look.

Harman was nervous about the looks

Harman was very nervous when Vijay wore a chappal of 199. She says, “I was constantly panicking because the event was happening on a large scale. Especially in Mumbai and walking in slippers worth Rs 199 was really brave of Vijay but I am glad that it got a lot of love.
