MH / We have not left Balasaheb's Shiv Sena, says Eknath Shinde

MH: In the midst of the ongoing turmoil in the politics of Maharashtra, now there are speculations about the fall and formation of the government. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde, the leader of the rebel MLAs, has said that he has not left Balasaheb Thackeray's Shiv Sena. His remarks come as speculation is rife that Shinde along with other MLAs may join the BJP to topple the Maha Vikas Aghadi government.

In fact, talking to media persons at Surat airport before leaving for Guwahati in Assam, the Shiv Sena leader said that they are following Balasaheb Thackeray's Hindutva and will take it further. We are following Balasaheb's Hindutva and will continue to do so. Eknath Shinde, along with 33 MLAs of his party and seven independents, had stayed at Surat's Le Meridien hotel and left Surat airport for Guwahati in Assam on Wednesday morning.

At the same time, after reaching Guwahati, Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde said that a total of 40 Shiv Sena MLAs are present here. We will take forward Balasaheb Thackeray's Hindutva. Whereas in Assam, BJP MLA Sushant Borgohain said that I had gone to pick him up from Surat. How many MLAs have come? I didn't count it. I have come here because of personal relations. He has not disclosed any schedule.

Earlier, Eknath Shinde tweeted that we are the staunch Shiv Sainiks of Balasaheb. Balasaheb has taught us Hindutva. We have never cheated and will never cheat. We will move forward with the thoughts of Balasaheb and the teachings received by Dharamveer Anand Dighe Sahab.
