In an interview to Pinkvilla, when Govinda was asked if he would be seen in 'Koffee with Karan', he said, "It would have been an honor if he had called Govinda but he replaced Varun's film after a week from my film." are releasing. He pretends that he is very humble and innocent but he seems more jealous and more dangerous than David.

'Never called in 30 years'

Govinda further said, 'In 30 years he never called me. He doesn't even see actors who are not part of his group. I doubt he would even say hello to them. He is not that kind. It is his thought-provoking move that he is releasing his film after a week from my film. I never feel that straight.'
