Rajnath Singh SCO Summit: India's Defense Minister Rajnath Singh arrived to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit held in Qingdao city of China, where he had an important meeting with his Chinese counterpart Admiral Dong Jun. In this, patrolling borders were fixed on the basis of mutually agreed upon lines on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) to prevent military confrontation.Discussion on terrorism and 'Operation Sindoor'Rajnath Singh informed China about the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in which innocent civilians were targeted. Along with this, he also shared information about Operation Sindoor launched by India against Pakistan-based terrorist networks.Talks of restoration of trust and cooperationIndia's Defense Ministry said after the meeting that both sides have agreed to continue using existing mechanisms to reduce tensions and ensure the withdrawal of troops.
