'Dil Bechara' Sushant's last film got released last evening on Disney+Hotstar and finally the journey from 'Manav' in Pavitra Rishta to 'Manny' in 'Dil Bechara' came to an end. 'Dil Bechara' is the directorial debut of Mukesh Chhabra which is based on John Green's novel 'The Fault In Our Stars'. Film stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi in lead roles playing the characters of Manny and Kizie respectively. The story revolves around their lives where Kizie suffers from thyroid cancer and Manny's life was touched by Osteosarcoma. It is their story, as to how the two journey together to find happiness in their imperfect lives, how to celebrate life despite knowing the inevitable.
The film does not need any review because this time the fans did not watch it to give it a tag of 'hit' or 'flop'. This time everyone watched it to celebrate the life of a star whose magic will not be seen on the big screen again. 'Dil Bechara' is a celebration of Sushant beyond these bitter nepotism debates. There are some heartbreaking dialogues in the film which will surely leave you teary eyes. When Sushant's character dies in the film, one could feel the same pain that we all felt on the day when he actually left us.
