Prayagraj / Meerut. In a judgment on Wednesday, Allahabad High Court has ordered Meerut Senior Superintendent of Police to provide necessary security to Kahkasha and her husband. Due to his deep faith in the Hindu religion, Kahaksha changed his name to Yati and married a Hindu man. Justice J.J. of the Allahabad High Court. While counsel for the petitioners stated that according to the high school certificate, Yeti's date of birth is February 22, 2002 and thus he is an adult. Yeti has married to her will and in connection with her conversion, made the necessary application to the District Magistrate of Meerut on 15 April 2021 and published the information regarding conversion.

Yeti and the second petitioner got married in the Arya Samaj Mandir of Meerut on 16 April 2021 according to Hindu custom and applied to the Registrar for registration of marriage on the same day. However their marriage has not been registered yet. According to the petition, Yeti's father Zahid Ahmed is extremely upset with the wedding and has threatened to kill her and her husband. For this reason, the petitioners have requested the local police to protect their lives. '

To this, the Justice said, "In view of the facts and circumstances, notice should be issued to Zahid Ahmed through the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Meerut and its report should be reported to the court on 23 June 2021, the next date of hearing."

Not only this, the Justice said that until further orders of this High Court, the Senior Superintendent of Police of Meerut is ordered to provide necessary security to the petitioners and to ensure that by Zahid or anyone from his family or community These petitioners should not be harmed in any way. The High Court further said in its order that the Senior Superintendent of Police should also ensure that the local police does not interfere in any way in the peaceful marital life of the petitioners at the behest of Yeti's father. The High Court has directed Yeti's father not to enter the house of these petitioners, either through himself or through any friend, colleague and not to harm them in any way.
