Yuvraj Singh has done something in Goa, because of which he has been issued a notice and called for a hearing.

Yuvraj Singh in trouble

 Yuvraj Singh has been issued a notice by the Goa tourism department for operating his villa in Nemorjim as a 'homestay' without registering it. In this notice, he has been called for hearing on December 8. Under the Goa Tourism Business Act 1982, 'homestay' can be operated in the state only after registration.

Yuvraj may have to pay the fine

Rajesh Kale, deputy director of the state tourism department, issued a notice on November 18 at the address of Villa 'Casa Singh' owned by Yuvraj Singh in Morjim, North Goa, to Yuvraj Singh on December 8 at 11 am. Directed to appear before him for personal hearing at 5.00 pm. In the notice, 40 Yuvraj Singh has been asked why punitive action (fine up to one lakh rupees) should not be initiated against him for not registering the property under the Tourism Trade Act.

A tweet by Yuvi is also mentioned in the notice.

The notice issued to Yuvraj Singh said, "It has come to the notice of the undersigned that your residential premises located at Varchevada, Morjim, Pernem, Goa are allegedly functioning as homestays and 'Airbnb ' Like it is available for booking on online platforms.' The department also referred to a tweet by Yuvraj in which he has said that he will be hosting six people at his Goa home and its booking will be only on 'Airbnb'.
