The investigation into the Medical Entrance Examination (NEET-UG) irregularities and paper leak case has reached a critical juncture. Significant activity has been observed at the Special Operations Group (SOG) office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, where the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is conducting its operations. According to sources, the CBI team, after a prolonged interrogation, took Yash Yadav into custody from Gurugram and brought him to Jaipur, while the investigative agency claims that the two previously arrested brothers, Dinesh and Mangilal, were in direct contact with Yash Yadav and had allegedly purchased the leaked paper from him.

Confrontation and the Paper Syndicate

To unravel the entire route of the paper leak syndicate, the CBI is currently conducting a face-to-face interrogation involving Yash Yadav, Dinesh, and Mangilal. The agency aims to identify the source of the leak and the extent of the network. The investigation suggests that this was a well-organized operation with links spanning multiple locations. By confronting the suspects together, the CBI hopes to resolve contradictions in their statements and pinpoint the exact mechanism through which the confidential examination material was compromised and distributed.

Family's Defense and Academic Performance

When a media team visited the residence of Dinesh and Mangilal in Jamwaramgarh to investigate the family's perspective, they found a wealthy family living in a grand two-story house. The family has categorically denied all allegations leveled by the CBI. Sonu Devi, the wife of Mangilal, presented her side of the story, arguing that if they truly possessed the leaked paper, all four children in their family would have successfully cleared the examination with top ranks. However, the reality was quite different, as the children's performance didn't reflect any unfair advantage.

The Sikar Connection and Missing Son

Sonu Devi's son, Aman, was also a candidate for the NEET exam this year and was preparing in Sikar, a prominent coaching hub in Rajasthan. Aman was studying alongside Rishi, the son of the other accused, Dinesh. Meanwhile, Rajni, the wife of Dinesh, has also maintained that her husband is innocent. She clarified that her husband has no affiliation with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) or any other political organization. Rajni expressed deep concern regarding her son Rishi, stating that there has been no information about his whereabouts since Monday. The family maintains their faith in the legal system but fears that their sons are being framed in a deep-rooted conspiracy.

Investigation into 1,000 Students and 'Rakesh'

Prabhu Devi, the mother of Dinesh and Mangilal, also defended her sons, stating they were living a life of hard work and honesty and couldn't be involved in such a crime. However, the CBI's findings suggest a different narrative. The investigation revealed that Dinesh frequently visited Sikar, where his son Rishi was studying. The agency suspects that the leaked paper reached an individual named 'Rakesh' through Rishi. Subsequently, this leaked paper was allegedly circulated among approximately 1,000 students. The CBI is now focusing on tracing Rakesh and identifying the students who benefited from this leak.

The investigation has also highlighted the backgrounds of the brothers; while Dinesh had an interest in politics, Mangilal was active in the real estate business, while the SOG and CBI are now working to connect the dots on how a property dealer and an individual with political interests managed to access such a massive paper leak network. The interrogation of Yash Yadav is expected to provide more clarity on the financial transactions and the ultimate source of the leaked NEET-UG question papers.
