A 24-year-old woman in Dhaulpur of Rajasthan has accused her husband to rape unnatural sex and father-in-law. Surprisingly, when the woman reached the police station to complain about her husband and father-in-law, the police refused to file a case. After this, the woman gained in court, after which the police filed a case on the order of the court.

According to a woman living in Dholpur district area of ​​Rajasthan, after five months of marriage, the husband forced him to force unnatural sex by showing the fear of murdering him with ax. Not only this, the woman alleged that when she became pregnant, her husband has made her abortion by feeding the bullet.

The victim has allegedly alleged to misbehave by threatening to kill himself. According to the victim, the in-laws were also demanding to bring five lakh rupees in dowry with mental and physical torture. After the court order, the police filed a case under section 377, 376, 498, 406, 323, 343, 313, 504, 143 against the accused. Police have also made medical examination of the victim woman.

In the report lodged in the police station, the victim has said that her marriage had concluded by Muslim customs on November 4, 2019 by giving donation according to the status. In the wedding, the victim's family had given cash in dowry to one lakh 51 thousand rupees and gave all the goods including a bullet motorcycle.

According to the lodged complaint, the victim said that 15 days of marriage began to demand five lakh rupees in the form of a in-laws dowry and the victim told her mother about dowry, the mother expressed its inability. After this, in-laws started giving the victim mental and physical torture.
