Coronavirus India | The second wave of Corona has proved to be the most fatal for the youth and its figures are now being given by the government. Since May 1, 26% of all patients infected with corona in the country are aged between 18 and 30 years.

According to the data released by the government, between May 1 and May 7, 26.58 per cent of the total infected patients were aged between 18 and 30 years. Between May 8 and May 14, the figure was 25.89 percent. After this, between 15 and 21 May, 25.64 per cent of the infected were aged between 18 and 30 years and on 22 to 25 May i.e. the next three days, 25.60 per cent of the total infected were in this age group.

After this, people in the age group of 31 to 40 years are the most infected. 23.12 percent of this age group was infected between May 1 and 7, 22.79 percent between May 8 and 14, and 22.58 percent of people between May 15 and 21. Its next three days i.e. between 22 to 24 May this figure was 22.24 percent.

It is believed that the third wave of Corona will be the most dangerous for children. Corona virus has infected less than 10 percent of children and adolescents in this period. Between May 1 and 7, 7.82 per cent of the total cases were of this age group. In the last three days, this figure has increased to 8.73 percent.

The second wave of corona in India has been slow, but the number of deaths is continuously crossing 4 thousand. According to the Health Ministry data, 208,886 new cases of corona virus have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours on Wednesday, while around 4172 people have lost their lives during this period. The same figure was 3,498 on Tuesday. At the same time, new cases were also reported at 195,815, down from two lakhs.
