Corona is raising concern once again. Especially this time the corona infection is starting from schools. Children are getting infected day by day in the schools of the capital Delhi and NCR. Meanwhile, the shocking news is that 27 percent of the patients admitted in Delhi are children.

According to government data, there are currently 51 patients in Delhi hospitals, of whom at least 14 are children. 12 patients are admitted in Kalavati Saran Children's Hospital and one each in Indraprastha Apollo and Madhukar Rainbow Children's Hospital.

Corona does not cause serious illness in children

Dr. Srikant Basu, a pediatrician at Kalavati Saran Children's Hospital, said that there is already some disease in the children admitted due to corona infection. He said that, in general, corona in children does not cause any serious disease. Most children recover from home.

366 new cases surfaced in Delhi

The number of corona patients in Delhi has started increasing again. On Friday, 366 new corona patients came here. At the same time, 325 cases were reported here on Thursday, which is the highest in 47 days after February 27. According to the Ministry of Health, the positivity rate in Delhi has again reached 3.95 percent.

24 more children infected in NCR

Corona infection is increasing rapidly in NCR schools. On Friday, 24 more children were found infected in schools in Ghaziabad and Noida. 16 children found infected in Noida. If we look at the total figures, so far 44 children have been hit by Corona. Of the 167 active patients, 26.3 percent are children.

64 percent of the country infected in NCR

64 percent of the infected patients of the country are in NCR. 949 people were found infected in the country, out of which 614 are from NCR. In this, Delhi has the highest number of 366, 150 in Gurugram at number two, 43 in Noida and 21 in Faridabad.
