Cloudburst In Kishtwar: On August 14, 2025, nature's fury broke out in Kishtwar area of ​​Jammu division when a cloud burst in Chashoti area at around 12:30 pm. This natural disaster, accompanied by a loud sound, created havoc in the entire area. 60 people lost their lives due to debris and floods, while more than 100 people were injured. This tragedy has put the people of Kishtwar in deep shock.

He further said, "I express my deepest condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones in this accident and pray for the speedy recovery of the injured. I want to assure the people of Kishtwar that the government is making every possible effort."
